CLEANING BHADRAKALI AREA
ORIENTATION ON CLIMATE CHANGE.

The students of group 8 involved in cleaning program of bhadrakali temple on oct-8. Students cleaned the surroundings of bhadrakali temple despite heavy rainfall. This shows their dedication towards work. They collected all the solid waste scattered around bhadrakali temple and tried their best to make the temple area free of solid waste. Moreover, pushpa gurju bajracharya (priest of the temple, 76 yrs old) orient them about the origin of bhadrakali temple. Students were very interested in gaining the historical information of bhadrakali temple.
On the same day, students attended the orientation class on climate change. The orientation programme was organized at tri-chandra campus, ghantaghar. Mukesh Dangi, one of the environment activists from clean energy Nepal (CEN) gave the presentation on different aspects of climate change. Students found the presentation very effective, fruitful and relevant to their topic. The presentator highlights the gravity of the problem of climate change and its probable consequences. Students were happy in getting opportunity to learn different aspect of climate change.
